Packsule operates primarily as a B2B (Business to Business) supplier of disposable food packaging, aluminium containers, paper plates, and related products catering to cloud kitchens, restaurants, and hotels. Pricing and packaging sizes are designed for wholesale distribution.
Product prices displayed or quoted are subject to market fluctuations (e.g., raw material costs like aluminium or paper). Final pricing will be confirmed during the invoice generation phase. Quotes provided via our website or email are valid for a period of 7 days strictly.
Due to the nature of hygiene-sensitive food packaging, returns are generally not accepted unless the goods received are strictly defective or damaged upon arrival. Any claims for damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
In no event shall Packsule be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our packaging products.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
