Custom printed butter paper is grease-resistant wrap with your logo or a repeat pattern printed on the sheet. Burger counters, sandwich shops, bakeries, and cloud kitchens use it instead of unbranded film. Packsule prints on food-grade butter paper from Bhiwandi, Thane, and cuts sheets to the food you pack.

Common stocks are white 40 GSM, 50 GSM, and 60 GSM greaseproof. Typical cuts are burger 12 × 12 in, sandwich 10 × 12 in, and bakery 16 × 16 in, plus custom sizes. Print is 1, 2, or 4 colours, centred or tiled across the sheet. Upload artwork in the print studio or send a PNG/SVG on WhatsApp. We send a digital proof for size, colours, and layout before the wholesale lot is produced. Which GSM is used for printed butter paper?

We quote 40, 50, or 60 GSM white greaseproof. 50 GSM is the usual burger and sandwich sheet. Heavier GSM feels stiffer in the hand.

Can the logo repeat across the whole sheet?

Yes. Choose a centred logo or a repeat pattern in the print studio, then we lock the layout on the digital proof.

Is the ink food-safe?

We print for food wrap with inks intended for this use. The printed face is the brand side; we confirm orientation on the proof so food contact stays on the wrap side you specify.
